Do not refrigerate Superworms.
They prefer temperatures between 70°F and 82°F.Keep them in a small container with about 2 inches of dry substrate — wheat bran, cornmeal, cereal, or oats all work well. Add a root vegetable like a carrot or potato for moisture (they rot more slowly than leafy produce). Replace the food and substrate as needed.
